01 The problem

The work happens in the field. The records stay scattered.

Many local service teams still coordinate through notebooks, phone calls and disconnected messages. Customer history gets lost, preventive service slips, and owners cannot easily verify what actually happened at a visit.

01

Missed follow-ups

AMC dates and service history are hard to track reliably across a growing customer list.

02

Limited field visibility

Job status depends on calls and manual updates rather than one shared record.

03

Incomplete proof of work

Parts, readings, photos, signatures and invoices end up in separate places.

02 The product

One workflow for the shop owner and the field technician.

These capabilities ship in the Android application today. The same data will drive the web panels currently being built.

Owner dashboard

Manage customers, assign jobs, follow service activity and keep operational records together.

Technician jobs

Give field staff a clear list of assigned visits with job details and navigation.

Visit verification

Apply a 200-metre location check before a technician closes an on-site job.

Service scheduling

Use TDS readings, water source and service history to support the next-service date.

Proof and billing

Record parts used, readings, before-and-after photos, customer signatures and invoices.

Route planning

Organise the day's assigned visits into a more practical technician route.

03 A service job, end to end

Designed around the work RO teams already do.

  1. 1

    Plan

The owner creates or assigns a customer service job.

  2. 2

    Visit

The technician opens the job, navigates and confirms the site visit.

  3. 3

    Document

Readings, parts, photos, notes and customer acknowledgement are recorded.

  4. 4

    Follow up

Service history, invoice and next-service context stay together.

05 Build status

The mobile app is built. The web side is being built now.

An honest breakdown of what is shipped, what is in progress and what has not started.

Live

Android application

Published on Google Play. Covers the owner and technician workflow described above.

  • Customer and job records
  • Technician job assignment
  • Location-checked site visits
  • Parts, photos and billing entries
In development

Web panels

Browser-based panels are actively being built so a shop can work from a desktop, not only a phone.

  • Owner web dashboard
  • Customer and AMC management on a larger screen
  • Reporting and exports
  • Technician assignment view
Not started

Commercial layer

Deliberately not built yet, because the workflow comes first.

  • Public pricing and subscriptions
  • Multi-shop team accounts
  • Published integrations

What this site does not claim. No customer counts, revenue figures, testimonials or partnerships are published here, because verified numbers do not exist yet. The product is pre-launch: the Android app is real and installable, the web panels are unfinished, and metrics will be added only when they can be supported.
